It has to happen again and again and again and again

Epäonnistuneelle, vallankumous

Two images from Turku this week.

The first from Titanik art gallery where two Turku based artists Antti Jussila and Jari Kallio had their art exhibiton opening on Thursday: Epäonnistuneelle, vallankumous. For the failed, a revolution.

Their statement is something like:
Art is a matter too serious to be left in the hands of artists who don't dare to make mistakes anymore.

I left the opening feeling refreshed.

Second from the front yard of our studio where they are starting to build a new building. (I love this stage.)

Also, I'm leaving this town in a month... to BERLIN.

Crazy ass internet art

Dennis Kopf has edited bootyshaking videos on Youtube and created his own ones. Basically bootyshaking sans the booty and the shaking. I love the tension created by the domestic rooms and the music.

Some of my favorite ghost booties:

Dancing wit no music!!!!!

See all Bootyclipse videos here.

I usually try to avoid reading youtube comments but there were some amazing ones, like:

"What kind of program are you using to take the people out of the clip, where can I get it, and how much does it cost?"

Read more about Bootyclipse here (scroll down on the page) on internet art curator Olivia Lialina's website.
